Election In SBP

Why do we need an election to choose our next leader? Yes, the first thing that came into our mind is of course to appoint a right leader who really can lead us . Yes, pricisely, it is true. But why dont we make run it in SBP but only in MRSM? Why did our teachers choose our leader by themselves?As a student, we a a rites to choose our next leader. Maybe because students now a day are not take it serious especially when they just pluck anyone who they are not satisfied with. This is reason behind why there are no election in SBP.
    This post is not directed to student, but to the responsible party. We need to change the system of appointing new leader. The students should be introduce with the election to choose their leader. But to convince this system to run smoothly without any bias election, we need to make a new prefect services like SPRM (SURUHANJAYA PILIHAN RAYA MALAYSIA). They duties are not just to take charge in their leader(ketua pelajar, ketua pengawas, etc) but also in elections for school prefects, librarians, PRS, monitors etc.
    I believe with this idea, we can change our teenagers mentality about what election suppose to be. They also will see a picture how the real election will take place and so that they will become more serious to choose their leader. In the nutshell, our students are just like a seed, the seed will grow a tree, the tree will produces us fruits, but the quality of the fruits are depend on how the tree grow up. So start from now, to achieve the developed country status, we need to apply this idea in not only in SBPs but also in daily schools.
